Okay, I've come up with a meal plan but it only actually includes Monday through Thursday regarding dinner plans. The Daddy is coming to get youngest daughter on Friday immediately after she gets out of school and is taking her for the weekend. They won't be back until sometime Sunday afternoon.
Monday - BBQ biscuit cups (using leftover meatloaf), mac & cheese, green beans
Tuesday - Oven Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes w/gravy, glazed carrots
Wednesday - Spaghetti (using the rest of the leftover meatloaf), salad, garlic bread
Thursday - Tuna patties, broccoli w/cheese, breadsticks
Friday - on my own (Thinking about going to see 7 Pounds at the movies)
Saturday - on my own
Sunday - Chicken & dumplings, buttered bread
